1. Heirloom Tomatoes
There’s something special about a perfectly ripe heirloom tomato. We love layering them with burrata, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze to create a bite that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
2. Fresh Berries
Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries—summer berries are a must on our tables. They add a natural sweetness and a pop of color, especially when paired with soft cheeses, honeycomb, or a touch of dark chocolate.
3. Cucumbers & Dill
Cool and refreshing, cucumbers are one of our go-to ingredients for summer events. We often serve them as mini cucumber dill sandwiches or in individual veggie cups with lemon hummus. They bring a light, crisp balance to the table.
4. Marinated Olives & Seasonal Peppers
We source our olives and pickled peppers from local artisans whenever possible. Their bold, briny flavor adds a savory contrast to creamy cheeses and charcuterie—and they bring a little Mediterranean charm to every spread.
5. Local Honey & Seasonal Jams
A drizzle of North Carolina wildflower honey or a spoonful of small-batch peach jam is the perfect finishing touch. We love styling these into the table for guests to pair with cheese and crackers—or take home in mini jars as a sweet favor.
